Into Hospitality is our accredited outreach programme introducing people to amazing careers in hospitality. Over four days we teach skills such as team work, kitchen set up, knife skills, interview and cv preparation, basic cooking and food preparation. Our learners are then placed in working kitchens for an immersion day with a view to gaining employment from our independent restaurant partners. 

We promote industry best practice and continue to support our alumni through monthly seasonal workshops and networking events.
