Neil trained as a chef before completing a degree in hospitality management. Having spent time as a General Manager with Hand Picked Hotels, Brunning and Price and ETM, he returned to the kitchen several years ago. His approach is build upon solid kitchen management, creating structured processes, menu planning and financial management.
Ella De Beer
An outstanding communicator and connector, Ella is skilled in supporting leaders and business owners in a wide range of areas, including operational strategy; people and culture development; and growth.
She has worked in the industry for more than 20 years and at board level for the past eight years. During this time, Ella has held a number of senior roles as the Operations Director for Sourced Food Trading; Operations Director for Cirrus Inns; Operations Manager for the Meredith Group; and Restaurant Manager for the Conran restaurants Mezzo and Floridita in Soho, London.
Over the past eight years alone, Ella and her team have been behind the launch of 25 new restaurant, hotel and retail businesses.
